Dr. Troy Bishop believes that primary care should be both personalized and accessible. Whereas
most doctors have between 2,500 and 3,000 patients, this model is very different. Dr. Bishop will
only see several hundred patients who pay an annual membership fee. This model enables Dr. Bishop
to focus on what matters most – you and your healthcare needs. It’s easy to see why people are

—doctors and patients alike are frustrated by scheduling conflicts and long wait times. This

The annual physical exam enables your physician to establish a health baseline and customize a health and wellness plan.

If you are either not feeling well or have a medical condition that needs an urgent assessment, as a member of the practice, Dr. Bishop will see you the same day – guaranteed!
24/7 Access to Your Physician
Dr. Bishop is available to you by telephone any time of day or night, seven days a week for urgent issues. He gives you his cell phone number when you start your membership.
Unhurried Visits, On Time
Standard office visits are scheduled for 30 minutes, and complete physical exams are scheduled for 2 hours to allow for a thorough personalized evaluation.
Chronic Condition Management
Dr. Bishop manages chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, COPD, arthritis, and many others.
Specialist Care Coordination
When care from a specialist (such as a cardiologist or orthopedic surgeon) is indicated, Dr. Bishop will assist you with referrals.
Hospital & ER Coordination
In the case of serious illness requiring hospital care, Dr. Bishop will communicate with the hospitalist physician regularly until you are discharged, send over any relevant records, and coordinate your
care after discharge.
Laboratory Tests
Dr. Bishop offers some basic onsite laboratory testing in the office (such as urinalysis, pregnancy testing, strep throat testing, Flu testing, blood sugar and more).
Medications & Prescriptions
Prescriptions can be sent to the pharmacy of your choice, including
mail order usually by computer.
